Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Raw carrots grate on a Korean grater or cut into thin cubes. Pour boiling water over the green peas (defrost).
Mix the ingredients.
Add finely chopped meat (I have baked chicken, beef is suitable) and chopped herbs.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and spices (I have hops-suneli with mint).
Mix the salad with the sauce.
Before serving, let the salad stand for 30 minutes.
