Wash the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Wash the potatoes and boil them in a uniform. Cool slightly, chop coarsely, add 2-3 tablespoons of cucumber brine and leave for 10 minutes. Fry the onion and mushrooms. Cut cucumbers coarsely.
Add cucumbers, onions and mushrooms, salt, vegetable oil to the potatoes. Mix well.
