Ingredients
650

Potatoes

Cereal flakes
millet-rice
3
cloves
Garlic

Paprika sweet

tablespoons
vegetabe oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Turn on the oven to warm up. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into large slices. Pour boiling water for 5 minutes, cover.
Lightly grind the flakes in a mortar. I use millet-rice cooking time of 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, 2 tbsp flakes, paprika and oil.
Drain the potatoes, dry them a little on the fire, and transfer them to a fireproof form.
Pan the potatoes in the mixture. Add salt, top with 1 tbsp. flakes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, 200 degrees. Then 5 minutes under the grill, 230 degrees.
Serve hot with pickles. Have a good fast.
