Very tender, delicious and beautiful millet cutlets with fresh broccoli and colorful peppers! Great in chilled form with your favorite sauces, herbs or vegetables. In addition, from such cutlets, there are solid benefits and vitamins not only for adults, but also for children, and the taste is absolutely not inferior to meat!
Add diced peppers, chopped onion and garlic, chopped broccoli, tomato paste, paprika and salt. Stir the minced meat well.
With your hands, form dense balls of minced meat (I have 4 pieces), then roll them well in breadcrumbs and give the desired shape of cutlets.
Fry in a non-flammable, well-heated frying pan, greased with oil.
Since the boiled hot millet is very tender, then turn the cutlets carefully 1 time, only when one side is well fried. Then, under the lid, fry for 8 minutes.
Remove the cutlets from the pan when they are cool and serve.
