  1. boil 5 potatoes in a uniform.
  2. Peel and cut into large enough arbitrary pieces.
  3. Finely chop the cabbage.
  4. Take a couple of salted or pickled cucumbers.
  5. Cut them into pieces like this.
  6. Then mix everything in a bowl.
  7. Finely chop the dill.
  8. And green onions.
  9. Sprinkle the salad with dill.
  10. And beat the onion and fragrant sunflower oil with a blender. Then add cucumber brine to the resulting emulsion. My cucumbers were salty – I added 5 tablespoons. If the brine is very acidic, then, of course, less. But it’s a matter of taste.
  11. As a result, we get a pretty thick sauce-the dressing is green.
  12. Feel free to fill up with salad dressing. Add salt if necessary.
