Instructions
In a large amount of vegetable oil, fry the potatoes until Golden brown. Add a little salt.
Fry the meat in parts until Golden.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Drain the excess oil from the cauldron and leave 150 ml. Spread the meat.
Add the onion and mix. Fry a little with onions.
Add spices to taste and hot water.
Cover with a plate so that the liquid evaporates more slowly. Cover with a lid and simmer for 50-60 minutes until tender.
