  1. 1/4 of a medium onion is finely chopped.
  2. Add 1 jar (120-150 gr.) of canned tuna. Pre-drain all the liquid.
  3. A couple of ripe avocados (350-400 gr.)
  4. Pour the lemon juice (~2 tsp), so that the avocado does not darken.
  5. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. In a dry frying pan, fry 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  7. We send it to the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Herbs, salt, pepper to taste.
  9. Knead with a fork until pasty.
