Delicate, weightless cookies with chocolate pudding! A minimum of effort, a minimum of ingredients, and as a result – delicious, cute cookies for morning coffee! I read the recipe at the American culinary forum for dessert and baking lovers.
Combine the soft butter with powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add vanilla sugar, chocolate pudding and flour.
Knead a homogeneous, smooth, non-sticky dough.
Plucking small pieces of dough, roll up balls (about the size of half a walnut). Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press down the top with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove the finished cookies from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Then, having already cooled down, put them in a cookie box and forget about them for at least a couple of hours, and preferably overnight.
