The most wonderful thing in these biscuits is the taste. I was also pleased with the structure of cookies. Oat flakes obtained are quite small, but not uniform; they are felt, but easily dissolve. These cereal biscuits are very good for a full Breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix oat flakes, flour, sugar and baking powder.
In dry ingredients add milk and melted butter.
Make dough. The dough is very thick, flakes as if only slightly interconnected.
Form balls the size of a walnut.
Slightly flatten and put in the oven.
After 10-12 minutes, the biscuits are ready, it remains to connect them with chocolate.
Of course, you can melt it in a water bath, but in the morning you want everything quickly. I do this - between the two hot biscuits put a piece of chocolate until the biscuits cool, chocolate has time to melt.
