  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and boil until tender. Drain the water and mash the pumpkin with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolks, milk, melted and cooled butter, pumpkin puree.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  4. Mix both mixtures. Add the whipped whites and mix gently.
  5. Bake in a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil.
  6. Serve with sour cream.
