  1. Cut the pumpkin into 1-1.5 cm wide pieces.
  2. For marinating: add olive oil, salt and grated nutmeg.
  3. Fry on the grill, put in the oven for 5-7 minutes, (I like to have a little crispy crust inside).
  4. Sauce: heat cream, add curry, salt and boil.
  5. You should get a bright yellow color.
  6. Put out the cabbage, add only salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and season with sauce. The dish is ready.
