Take any spices to your taste. It is important not to overdo it with some bright aroma.The composition of spices in this recipe is as follows:
salt - 1 tsp.
brown sugar - 1 tsp.
paprika - 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp.
black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
nutmeg - 1/8 tsp.
garlic powder - 1 tsp
Mix all the spices with Apple cider vinegar and oil.
For steaks, take the thigh fillet. Trim it so that the steaks are even.
Pour in the marinade and marinate for about 20 minutes.You can marinate longer. Perfectly stored in this form in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Remove from the marinade, make notches on the steak with a knife.
