  1. Breakfast is prepared quickly, and it is better to prepare the food in advance. The ingredients are listed for one serving, but I have two options for serving you and this is all in duplicate. You can vary the filling as you like – add herbs, finely chopped or dried tomatoes, sweet peppers, mix cottage cheese with cheese, etc., but hard cheese must be mandatory. I don’t buy sausage, I found leftover pork in the refrigerator, a couple of slices of roll from the knuckle and a piece of cheese lying around…
  2. First of all, put the pan on medium heat, then break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and stir.
  3. Under the pan, slightly reduce the heat to just below average, put a small piece of butter, evenly distribute over the entire surface and pour the eggs, waiting for the omelet to catch…
  4. Option one: when the omelet is picked up, put two slices of bread on top and press it slightly, it should stick into the omelet. You can take absolutely any bread that you like. Personally, for such recipes, I keep a toaster seeding in the freezer and take it out as needed…
  5. After the bread is laid, turn the spatula to the other side and again press the omelet to the bread… On top of one slice of bread (which is under the omelet) we put a meat yummy, then a slice of cheese and again cover with a meat product…
  6. When the croutons are gilded, we need to bend the edges of the omelet along the bread slices with a spatula and cover our filling, pressing the omelet with a spatula so that it does not unfold…
  7. Then a spatula poddevaem free from the filling croutons and cover it with the filling folding in half. It should look something like this… Warm up on each side for thirty seconds, so that the cheese melts well.
  8. Option two: put a piece of butter in the pan, distribute, pour the eggs, put the bread on the omelet.
  9. Turn the omelet bread down and wait for the transformation of bread into toast with a Golden crust…
  10. Then turn it over again, put a piece of meat (sausage) on one toast, then a slice of cheese and cover with a piece of meat.
  11. Again folded around the edges of the omelet with a spatula pressing.
  12. We fold it in half and get a “different picture”. Warm up for thirty seconds on each side to melt the cheese.
  13. Same recipe, same ingredients, different results… The first option is usually more like adults, but the second option for some reason is more like kids, it has been tested more than once and I do not have a single version of why this happens… Simple and easy to prepare Breakfast…
  14. Great snack at work…
