  2. Lubricate the mold with oil and lay out the chopped cabbage (if the cabbage is winter, then mash it slightly with your hands).
  3. For the dough, beat the eggs into a light foam, add mayonnaise + sour cream and baking powder, the reaction should take place. By the way, if someone does not like mayonnaise, you can replace it with sour cream. Then add flour and herbs. Mix everything and get a batter. It should not flow out directly, more like rolling and look like thick sour cream.
  4. Put the cabbage in a dough mold. Bake in the oven at 180-200 min. 30-35. 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle with grated cheese. The cheese will bake and form a wonderful golden crust.
