Grate the radish and carrots or cut them into strips.
Put the pea spatulas in boiling water for 1 minute and immediately cover with cold water (if you have fresh ones).
Or defrost (if frozen).
And cut it diagonally, send it to the vegetables.
For dressing, mix vinegar with sugar and salt and add oil. Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and serve.
On top for decoration, you can put whole spatulas of peas.
