I had a black radish in my fridge, I was thinking what to do with it, and now I have such a simple vitamin salad, even very tasty. Very easy to prepare.
We will need black radish, onions and pickles. Wash the radish, peel and cut into small strips, pour salted cold water and leave for half an hour to remove excess bitterness. Drain the water, discard the radish on a sieve.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cucumbers, too, cut into strips.
Mix radishes, onions, cucumbers, pepper and salt to taste. Add 0.5 tsp vinegar to the vegetable oil, mix and pour into the salad, mix everything well.
Let it brew for two hours, and you can eat. The salad turned out to be moderately spicy.
