From the resulting mass, form a biscuit, put it on baking paper and bake in the oven until ready at a temperature of 180 for about 5-10 minutes. Since all the components of the biscuit are ready, with the exception of protein, you will need a minimum of time and heat, just so that the biscuit takes a holistic form and does not fall apart! I.e. dry the galette, adjusting the time and temperature to your liking
