  1. In a saucepan, I poured the oil, warmed it up and put the finely chopped garlic. After a minute - finely chopped onion. Gilded it. I grated the beets on a medium-sized grater and sent them to the onion. Then cook for 10 minutes with minimal heat under the lid. Then I laid out the spices. I have basil, rosemary, thyme and sweet paprika. Mixed it up. Then I waited a couple more minutes. If someone does not like some herbs, then do not put them.
