  1. We boil the rice as indicated on the package. I added a little more water to achieve a slightly viscous consistency.
  2. In a glass for an immersion blender, put the cooled rice, flax seed, salt and spices to taste, olive oil. With an immersion blender, we break everything into a homogeneous, viscous mass. Take the spices to your taste, I have only salt and a little dry basil.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with rice flour and spread the rice mass. It is very sticky, so you can lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. Adding flour, so that the mass does not stick to the surface, we roll out the thinnest layer possible. Using a wet knife, cut the rice dough into squares.
  4. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the rice squares. Bake for 15 minutes, then take out the baking sheet and turn the chips on the other side. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. The main thing is not to overdo it! As soon as they start to brown, they are ready.
