Cheese Chips made of Thin Yeast-Free Pita Bread Recipe
This recipe is for those who like me like chips, but follow the figure and adhere to proper nutrition. And a great option for children. Very tasty cheesy, crunchy and flavorful snack! Having tried them once. you won't want to shop any more.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the egg, garlic, finely chopped green onions and seasonings.
Mix well with a fork.
Spread out the pita bread and put a thin layer of cheese mixture on it and smooth it out. You need to do it quickly, so that the pita bread does not have time to get wet. The whole process is better done on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cut the smeared pita bread into strips with food scissors, then into squares or triangles.
Bake for just 3-5 minutes (depending on your oven) in a preheated 170 C oven. They are immediately prepared, make sure that they do not burn.
I baked on the average level on the "convection" mode top/bottom for 5 minutes in an electric oven.
