Instructions
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package until it is completely softened (do not add salt and sugar to the water). Drain the water.
Put the rice in the bowl of a blender, add 50 ml of water and grind with a blender.
Peel the apple and banana and cut them.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
Put the fruit in the bowl of a blender, add the orange juice, mix and grind with a blender until smooth.
Add 100 ml of water to the bowl, add cinnamon to taste, mix and beat with a blender.
We cool the smoothies and serve them in cremans or glasses. Bon Appetit!
