We prepare everything we need to prepare this dish. I will use steamed rice. With this rice, the porridge will be crumbly and very tasty. Raisins should be poured with boiling water for 5 minutes, put on a strainer and then rinse well under running water. We will cook it together with rice. In a saucepan, pour the rice, spread the raisins, fill with water, salt to taste and cook until all the liquid is absorbed. It's fast for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. In the center, we make a recess and put honey there, pour sunflower oil, sprinkle cinnamon on the surface. Take honey and cinnamon to taste. I am satisfied with the amount specified in the ingredients. It is not necessary to put sunflower oil on fast days during Lent, and on normal days outside of Lent it is good to replace it with butter. I poured some unrefined sunflower oil. I say right away that there is no pronounced smell of it in the finished dish.
Finely chop the apple and banana. It is better to do this with a ceramic knife, from it these fruits do not oxidize for a long time (do not darken). Spread the fruit on top of the porridge and mix everything thoroughly. Porridge should be put for 30 minutes in the heat. I heat the oven a little to t-50-75 C about. You can just wrap up with a warm cloth of some kind. This is necessary so that all the flavors are combined and the porridge takes away the residual moisture. It will be even more fragrant and crumbly.
