Ingredients

Instructions
Boil the rice until tender. According to the instructions.
Soak the chickpeas for 4 hours (at least). Boil according to the instructions.
Meanwhile, peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes.
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Mix the pumpkin with chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and hot pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. The pumpkin is ready.
Add chickpeas to the rice. Mix well.
Season with vinegar, salt and olive oil. Mix well.
Put the rice on a plate, put the pumpkin cubes on top. Garnish with fresh basil.
