Now is the season of zucchini, so I decided to Supplement the rice with such a delicious and healthy vegetable. Smoked cheese will add a piquant touch to this dish, and mint and parsley sauce will give a unique taste and aroma.

  1. Boil the rice until tender, then let the water drain. While the rice is cooking, cut the zucchini and onion into half rings.
  2. Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to the rice.
  3. Crumble the smoked cheese with your hands or finely chop it. Add to the rice.
  4. Grind the mint and parsley in a mortar to a mushy state and add to the rice.
  5. Mix everything and serve.
