Instructions
Cut lettuce leaves into strips.
Wash and chop the sorrel. Use only the leaves.
Cut the olives into rings.
Finely chop the onion. I also added red onion.
Prepare the dressing. Take olive oil, sugar, salt, ground black pepper, sumac and grainy mustard.
Mix well.
Put all the ingredients on a platter.
Mix.
Pour over the dressing.
Ready.
