Wonderful vegetable salad with cheese. Both tender and spicy at the same time. Quite an exquisite taste.

Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Also grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Add finely chopped onion and cheese grated on a medium grater to the salad bowl.
  2. Peel and stone the apple. Grate on a medium grater and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add ground black pepper.
  3. The salad is spread on lettuce leaves, decorated with mayonnaise.
