This is a very juicy and colorful salad of vegetables with Apple, which reminds of spring and summer. Apple brings a gentle, joyful note.

  1. Cucumbers and radishes cut into circles.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings, leave it in boiling water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness, then drain the water, add the onion to the cucumbers and radishes.
  3. Remove the Apple core and cut it into slices.
  4. Cut the pepper into rings , put the Apple and pepper in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Chop the green onion, parsley, and lettuce into a salad bowl and add salt.
  6. Season the salad with sour cream and mix.
