  1. Soak the dried apricots in hot water for 5 minutes, cut the onion into half rings and pass it over a small amount of olive oil, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cut carrots into large strips and also pass them in oil, add 1 teaspoon of honey, cinnamon and black cumin, salt and pepper to taste. I recommend leaving the onions and carrots slightly crispy. Dried apricots and apricots cut into strips, nuts coarsely chop with a knife.
  2. All ready-made ingredients are mixed in a bowl and spread on a plate using a cooking ring, you can just use a pea, sprinkle with cumin on top, decorate with half an apricot and a walnut.
