  1. Soak the dried apricots in hot water for 5 minutes, cut the onion into half rings and pass it over a small amount of olive oil, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Carrots cut into large strips and also pass in oil, add 1 teaspoon of honey, cinnamon and black cumin, salt and pepper to taste. I advise you to leave the onions and carrots slightly crispy.
