I offer a delicate, portioned salad in orange baskets, which will undoubtedly decorate your festive table. Decorated salad in such an original presentation will give an atmosphere of celebration and good mood. It looks elegant and beautiful and on the table will interest you first of all. The fillings can be completely different, but the orange must still be present.
To serve the salad, we will use orange baskets. Cut the orange in a zigzag pattern and get the pulp.
Peel half of the orange from the film and cut into pieces. Cut the avocado into strips and pour over the lemon juice. Pour boiling water over the shrimp for three minutes, drain.
For salad dressing-finely chop the greens, add it to the olive oil, add liquid honey, salt, lemon juice. Mix everything well. Try it to your taste.
Put everything in a bowl – avocado, shrimp, orange, chopped greens and corn, mix, put everything in baskets from under the orange.
Pour the dressing on top of the salad and serve it on the table. Enjoy your holidays.
