Salad “Meat” Recipe
A very tasty salad with a minimum set of ingredients! It looks bright and festive! But you don’t have to wait for the holiday to cook it! If you have a piece of boiled beef in the refrigerator and suddenly guests appear on the threshold, it will not be difficult to assemble such a beautiful salad!

Ingredients
  • 250gram Beef(meat should be boiled)
  • 100gram Pomegranate(core purified)
  • 1piece Onion
  • 1bunch Greens(in original version cilantro, but for those who not likes its, can be parsley or combine with cilantro.)
  • 3tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1pinch Salt
  • 0.5teaspoons Sugar
  • 1tablespoon Vinegar
  • 50ml Water
Instructions
  1. Let’s start by slicing the onion and marinating it in a bowl for 10-15 minutes.
  2. While the onion is marinating, disassemble the pomegranates.
  3. Slice the beef. Not small cubes. The size of the pieces is about 1 cm by 1 cm.
  4. Wash the greens, sort and finely chop. I have cilantro and parsley.
  5. To the chopped meat we send a grain of pomegranate, greens and onions thrown on a sieve.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and mix.
  7. Season with mayonnaise and mix again.
  8. We put it in a salad bowl. The salad does not need any additional decorations!
  9. Ready!
