Salad “Monastic” Recipe
An interesting combination of flavors of fresh apple and mushrooms in Korean. Very tasty and tender. I highly recommend it.

Walnuts

Lemon juice
Greenery
Green Onion
Allspice
(to taste)
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Cook the potatoes “in uniform”, cool and cut into small cubes.
Crumble the apple into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add the raisins (pre-steamed and peeled from the tails) and finely chopped nuts.
Cut and add mushrooms and green peas from the jar to the salad.
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, mix, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and herbs.
