Grate the eggs and potatoes on a coarse grater. Spread a little mayonnaise in the form of horns on a plate. Lay out the chicken breast.
Sprinkle onion on top. I had a sweet red onion. If you have a regular one, scald it with boiling water – the bitterness has gone, but this is not necessary.
Put the potatoes on top.
Put the potatoes on top: pickled cucumber on one lump, corn on the other, peas on the third.
Put the grated egg.
Grate the cheese on a grater, if desired, add mayonnaise and any greens.
Spread with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise.
Garnish everything on top with almonds and rosemary.
