Salad of Chicken Hearts Recipe
One of my favorite salads. Nutritious and gentle. I never salt this salad. Cucumbers, mushrooms and cheese give the right taste. There is a similar salad on the website, but this one is different.

Ingredients

Chicken hearts

Marinade cucumber

Vegetable oil

Mayonnaise
Instructions
Boil the hearts in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Cut into strips.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into plates.
Cut the onion into half rings, lightly fry in vegetable oil, but not until golden brown, it should crunch in the salad.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Mix all the ingredients, pepper to taste.
Season with mayonnaise. Decorate according to your taste.
