Salad of fresh and salted Tomatoes Recipe
Last year, for the first time, I salted green tomatoes myself and was very pleased with the taste and wide range of applications. This year I did it again… I bring to your attention a very simple, but colorful and delicious salad of fresh and pickled tomatoes.

  1. Vegetables for salad.
  2. Chop the vegetables and herbs. I cut tomatoes into large slices, and onions into rings.
  3. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, add salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix. You can let the salad brew a little, it will only benefit the taste.
