A very interesting, bright, delicious salad with an unusual composition of ingredients and a small “highlight”. Let’s try to surprise our guests and loved ones!
In order to prepare a salad, you need to bake beets in advance. To do this, wash it, wipe it, wrap it in foil piece by piece and put it in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Then cool, peel and cut into cubes, but not very small.
Then wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
In a large bowl or immediately in a large salad bowl, mix balsamic vinegar (or wine), olive oil, sugar and salt.
Add the lettuce leaves to the dressing and mix.
Then add the beets and walnuts and mix gently again. You can lightly (!!) add salt, but carefully, because there will be salty cheese in the salad.
Cut the cheese into cubes and roll each piece in sesame seeds. This is the “highlight” of the salad! The cheese will retain its shape and will not mix with beets.
Slices of sesame cheese spread on top of the salad and do not mix anything. Our salad is ready!
