Cut the peppers into strips, onion into half rings, and finely chop the garlic. Hard-boiled quail eggs.
Pour the olive oil into the pan and put the garlic, onion, and then the peppers. Slightly fry.
Pour soy sauce, balsamic (balsamic can be replaced with vinegar 7%), mix. You can add salt if you don't have enough salt, I didn't do it. I turned down the fire, covered it with a lid, and put it out until it was ready.
Take the ring to beautifully put the salad on a plate. If you don't have one, it doesn't matter!!! A single ring can be cut from a plastic bottle, as I did in this case. Put the contents of the pan in the ring. Finely chop the eggs, olives cut into slices, parsley, also finely chop.
Put quail eggs on the pepper and onion, olives on the eggs, sprinkle with parsley, remove the ring (it is split on the side, easy to remove) and put capers on top. Decorate the plate with a sprig of parsley, capers and drops of soy sauce.
