Salad “Olivier” with Smoked Mackerel Recipe
A very tasty salad turned out. Original thanks to smoked mackerel and fresh thanks to green apple. The result was excellent. I ate with pleasure.

Instructions
  1. Cut the boiled and peeled carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Add the onion cut into thin quarter rings. If desired, it can be doused with boiling water, and then with cold water or pickled to remove the bitterness.
  3. Pour in the green peas.
  4. This is the mackerel I used.
  5. Cut the fish on the back and pull out the spine. Remove the bones.
  6. Mackerel meat is very tender, you do not need to cut it, just cut it into pieces with your hands and add it to the salad.
  7. Peel the apple and seeds and cut into small cubes.
  8. Add to the salad. Season with salt and pepper and season with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  9. Cut out circles of black bread with round metal molds and fry them on one side in vegetable oil.
  10. Using the molds, put the salad on the unroasted side of the croutons. Pour a slide of grated eggs on a coarse grater on top.
