  1. Wash the cucumber and, if desired, cut into circles or half rings.
  2. Cut the tails of radishes, wash and cut into circles. We send it to a bowl with cucumbers.
  3. Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into quarters and add it to the rest of the vegetables. Mix it.
  4. In a blender, add sour cream, herbs, sunflower oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste, whisk.
  5. Arrange the salad in portions, pour the dressing and garnish with chopped eggs. You can also cut the eggs into large cubes and add to the vegetables, season and mix.
