Pour all the spices into the heated oil (I didn’t have paprika at hand, but in general it gives a beautiful red color), warm up for 10 seconds.
Add pepper, fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the cabbage and fry for 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat, add finely chopped garlic with a knife, pour lemon juice (replace with apple cider vinegar). Add salt to taste. Put it in a salad bowl, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Fragrant, crispy, beautiful and delicious salad is ready!
