In the heated oil pour all the spices (I did not have paprika on hand, but in General it gives a beautiful red color), warm up 10 seconds.
Add pepper, fry stirring for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and fry for 1 min.
Remove the pan from the heat, add finely chopped garlic with a knife, pour lemon juice (replace-Apple cider vinegar). Salt to taste. Put in a salad bowl, put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and preferably overnight.
Fragrant, crispy, beautiful and delicious salad is ready!
