Salad-Sushi Recipe
Salad for lovers of Japanese cuisine and rolls in particular. Not without improvisation, of course. If you are interested, rather go and prepare this wonderful salad for yourself and your loved ones.

Ingredients

Crab sticks

Feta
Mayonnaise
(to taste)
Instructions
Rinse the rice and boil it. Divide into two parts. Grease one part with mayonnaise and put it on a dish.
Cut the nori leaf into plates according to size (first layer). Spread on the rice.
Cut the feta into thin slices and put it on the nori.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and put it on the feta.
Cut crab sticks into strips, put on a cucumber and grease with mayonnaise. Cut on top of the nori leaf in the same way as the first one.
Cut the trout into thin slices and put it on the mink.
Feta again and the third nori leaf.
Finish the salad with a layer of rice and mayonnaise. Garnish with sesame seeds, pickled ginger. Let the salad soak.
