I love to cook something new, interesting and unusual. My family just loves sushi and various pita rolls. And that's when the idea came to me, what if you combine these two completely different dishes into one? I realized my idea and got a new, delicious creation "Sushi roll". Now this recipe is forever settled in our home cooking piggy Bank! And on new year's eve, my signature dish is sure to be on the holiday table!
Grate fresh cucumber on a large grater. With this task for a couple of seconds coped food processor.
Grated cucumber squeeze from the juice, put it in a bowl. Add the squeezed garlic and lemon juice. Stir and remove for a while to the side.
Grate the eggs on a large grater. And the food processor easily coped with this task.
In a deep bowl, put the pickled cucumber, grated eggs, add the melted cheese. Stir well. The result is a fragrant and very tasty mass that already wants to eat with a spoon.
Flatten a sheet of pita bread on the table, cut off exactly the edges to get a rectangular layer. Top with overlapping sheets of nori.
Lightly salted red fish cut into strips. You can take any red fish-salmon, chum salmon, pink salmon, etc.
Carefully put on top of the nori cooked egg-cheese mass, not reaching the edge of 1 cm, smooth.
On one edge, put the red fish tightly together.
Carefully roll into a roll. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for cooling and impregnation.
Fry sesame seeds in a pan until Golden brown.
Lubricate the cooled roll with ketchup. It is very convenient to do this with a cooking brush. I had yellow tomato ketchup, my own canned food. Sprinkle with Golden sesame seeds on top.
Very carefully, with a sharp knife, cut the roll into pieces and you can serve it to the table! It turned out very tasty, fragrant and unusual! A great option for fans of sushi and rolls of pita bread!
