Why is it unusual, you ask! There are many recipes for tuna salad on the Internet, but I have never found one that would completely satisfy my taste. I had to write it myself.   1. So, prepare all the ingredients. Wash the vegetables and mushrooms.
  2. Chop the mushrooms coarsely. It is very important to cut them coarsely, otherwise they will fry and will not look so nice in a salad.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil for 10 minutes without a lid, stirring constantly, then cover and simmer for another 20 minutes. Carefully make sure that the liquid does not evaporate. Then add salt, add seasoning, stir and simmer for another 7 minutes.
  4. Boil the eggs in parallel. They cook for 7 minutes. Then immediately lower the ladle under cold water.
  5. Chop the onion. I like it when it is cut very finely, you can cut it into rings.
  6. Cut cucumbers, peppers, cherries into halves.
  7. Put a pillow of lettuce leaves on a plate, sprinkle onions on top, arrange cucumber, pepper, tomatoes.
