Salad “Venetian” Recipe
I tried this salad in one of the cafes. Unrealistically delicious! Especially for seafood lovers. Simple, rich, I cook on holidays.

  1. Fillet of fish cut into cubes about 1, 5×1, 5 cm. With pineapples (canned pieces), drain the water, add the desired amount to the fish. Oranges are peeled, cut out only the flesh without partitions. Also cut into cubes 1×1 cm (approximately), add to the fish with pineapples. Boil the prawns, peel them from the shell, and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Preparing the sauce: pour soy sauce into the mayonnaise, add garlic, grated on a small grater or passed through a press. Carefully mix the sauce. Add the sauce to the salad, mix a little. No additional seasoning is necessary, and no salt is necessary. Decorate with green leaves (pekinka or arugula).
