A very light and delicious salad!!! Arugula is such a self-sufficient green, I think it can be used at all by watering with oil, but if you add a little tomatoes and pine nuts, it will be super!

  1. Add to arugula:
  2. Sliced tomato.
  3. Break the iceberg lettuce leaves.
  4. Mix everything together. Add oil, vinegar, salt and sugar and, of course, some pine nuts. The salad turns out so light, but at the same time satisfying – thanks to arugula.
