Here are our products. I photographed 2 kiwis, but then, when I was preparing a salad, I clearly didn’t have enough kiwis to taste, so I added 2 more pieces (I had small kiwis).
Chop 2 tablespoons of pine nuts.
Prepare the dressing: add lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to the chopped nuts. Mix well.
Grate (or cut into strips) avocado (pre-peeled), cucumber and kiwi. Put everything in a cup, mix with the dressing, sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts.
