To cheer up myself and my loved ones, I decided to cook a very tasty, hearty and healthy salad. Immediately there was an idea to arrange it in the form of a flowerbed with flowers.

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Fry until fully cooked in a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled with a pressure cooker (the program “beans” 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I put the beans in portions in bags and sent them to the freezer.I’ll get them out and use them as needed. Very convenient.
  4. And now about decorating the salad: using a plunger or a tenderloin, cut out flowers of different sizes from red sweet pepper, cucumber and radish. It didn’t take long. The remaining vegetables are cut into salad cubes, so after cutting out the flowers, there is no waste, everything goes into the salad.
  5. Boil the sea cocktail in salted water until fully cooked, according to the instructions on the package. Put it in a colander and rinse it in cold water so that it cools down faster.
  6. In a bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables. Add finely chopped green onions, season with olive oil, salt to taste. Arrange lettuce leaves on salad plates, put seafood on top and decorate with cut flowers.
