Beans soak for 10-12 hours. Change the water twice.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry onions. From a bowl of beans pour water and pour it into the pan. All vegetables, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, celery stalks put to the beans, pour water so that the beans were covered, and simmer under the lid. Vegetables can be put at the end of cooking beans, but I prefer when everything is stewed together.
Beans cook over low heat for at least 1.5 hours. Do not forget to stir the contents of the pan sometimes.
At the end of cooking beans should be soft. Add seasoning and dry herbs, salt and put seafood in the beans. Stir and turn off the stove.
