Another one of my favorite broccoli salads. For a light snack.

  1. 1. Cut the tomato into small cubes. 2. Cut the quail eggs.
  2. 3. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes (if frozen) in boiling water. If fresh, then 3 minutes. Cool and slice. 4. Add garlic through a press, finely chopped herbs, soy sauce and mayonnaise.
